The newly developed Aesculap TPLO-saw blade sets new quality standards concerning material and workmanship. Due to the triangular standard form of the saw blade connection, the saw blade is also compatible to TPLO-transversal saws of different brands.
The alternating arranged notches of the Aesculap TPLO-saw blade make for less weight and more stability during the sawing process, at the same time ameliorating the overview on the operating field. The cooling fluid spreads out through the holes in the saw blade and runs down the surface of the blade overly and quickly - thus leading to less warming of the saw blade and less tissue damage through tissue necrosis.
