TPLO Class Objective Statement:
| From this interactive practical workshop, the veterinarian will review evaluation and diagnosis of canine cruciate disease, proceed to selecting appropriate candidates for the TPLO procedure, become familiar with the components of the TPLO saw and implant system and appropriate implant sizes. Thru the laboratory portion, they will learn the surgical techniques involved in performing the TPLO osteotomy, perform the TPLO surgery on bone models and review monitoring the recovery and rehabilitation process. |
