The scil Vet Focus™ 5 hematology analyzer offers species-specific diluting and relies on proprietary diluents and lyses that are designed specifically for animals. These proprietary fluids allow the unit to analyze multiple unique species, an option that is not available from competitive analyzers.

The unit provides the widest range of species analysis available in any in-clinic analyzer.

The scil Vet Focus™ 5 hematology analyzer completes a 5 part differential analysis and requires only a 20µl sample of EDTA blood. Parameters include Leukocytes (NE, LY, MO, EO, BA), Erythocytes (RDW, RSD), Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, MCV, MCH, MCHC, MPV, PDW, PCT, and Thrombocytes.
