scil SpotchemTM EZ Operation
The scil Spotchem™ EZ is easy to operate - the result is obtained in only three steps. After a few handling procedures to start the analysis, the device fully automated processes the samples.

Step 1: Insertion of sample 250 µl of whole blood are filled into a centrifuge tube. The filled tube is placed in the rack on the sample tray and a pipette tip is placed in the depression provided for this purpose. During the analysis, the scil Spotchem™ EZ centrifuges the sample and then automatically pipettes the plasma thus obtained onto the reagent strip. |

Step 2: Insertion of strips The reagent strips are inserted in the depressions on the sample tray provided for this purpose. The analysis is started by pushing a single button. |

Step 3: Printout of results After only 7 to 15 minutes, the scil Spotchem™ EZ automatically prints out the results and shows them on the display. The analytical results can be transferred directly to your practice software program if desired |
