The extended service warranty is the best plan for continued trouble-free operations. If a problem does occur with your analyzer that our 24/7 technical support staff cannot remedy over the phone, this comprehensive plan will cover all the bases. You will first be provided with a loaner, free of charge, to prevent clinic downtime. We will then ship your analyzer to our factory-authorized service center free of charge where one of our factory trained technicians will examine your unit and make any needed repairs. All parts and labor are included with the warranty. Also included with the extended service warranty is a complimentary preventive maintenance.
